Ailsa is a writer, performer and community artist who is also a lead artist and trainer with Kids’ Own Publishing.

Avis Gardner
Avis is a visual artist and a designer/maker specialising in silver and ceramics. She works primarily in three areas – jewellery, sculpture and funerary art.

Bridget Nicholson 
Bridget is a Melbourne-based artist who has been working on site-referential installations for the past decade in a range of media.

Briony Barr
Briony is a visual artist whose practice investigates individual and collaborative rule-based drawing.

Christy Flaws 
Christy is a circus and physical theatre artist.

Hart Ely-Faulks 
Hart is an arts educator, working with digital and tactile materials. He studied Fine Arts at RMIT and has a Masters in Teaching (Primary) from the University of Melbourne.

Kathy Holowko
Kathy has a multi-disciplinary artistic practice that focuses on creating sculptural works. She also designs many of the Kids’ Own books.

Jenny Ellis 
Jenny Ellis has been a puppet-maker for over fourteen years. She has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Puppetry from the Victorian College of the Arts, where she received the Student Union Award for Best Theatrical Design.

Lauren Simmonds 
Lauren is a Melbourne based artist who uses sculpture, installation and performance to explore the freedom and restriction of movement.
